Hasbro
Hasbro is an American company specialized in toys and games, created in 1923 by the brothers Henry and Hillel Hassenfeld in Providence, Rhode Island . Hasbro is the contraction of Hassenfeld Brothers.
Initially a textile company, Hassenfeld Brothers diversified into stationery accessories and then into extracurriculars before converting to toys in the 1940s.
Hasbro is known for several brands and their variations including Mr Potato launched in 1952, G.I. Joe in 1964 or Mon petit Poney in 1983.
In 1984, Hasbro entered the world of board games with the purchase of Milton Bradley Company then in 1991 with the purchase of Tonka.
Hasbro is also a major producer of toys through licenses such as those of Disney, Pokemon Or Jurassic Park.
