Natacha Gagné has a bachelor's degree in physical education and health. In addition to the title of physical educator, she holds that of kinesiologist. She has also completed the requirements to be recognized as an Exercise Physiologist by the Canadian Society for Exercise Physiology (CSEP).

Influenced by Japanese comics, cartoons and Disney animated films, Laurie Lespérance develops her own style and enjoys drawing cute and expressive characters.
The Activitabulle collection was created to address physical activity in children. Written with the collaboration of Natacha Gagné, kinesiologist, each illustrated album, through an amusing story, presents coordinated movements in order to develop several motor components in children.
