An essential game for learning to form words and preparing for learning to read.
Breaking words into letters and syllables prepares the child to successfully begin reading. Through numerous fun activities, alone or with others, the child has fun piecing together 40 words by assembling letters or syllables. Some, like “house” or “sun” are even offered in both forms of cutting. The colorful illustrations that accompany each word and the self-correcting cutting of the puzzle cards allow the child to check their answers themselves.
This game thus promotes the understanding of word formation and the recognition of phonemes.
